• A multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid program.

4. Account Registration

To use the core features of FundRio.cash, you must create an account and provide accurate registration details. You agree to:

• Maintain only one account per person.

5. Deposits

FundRio.cash allows users to deposit funds using supported payment methods (for example, USDT or other cryptocurrencies, and where applicable, local channels).

• All deposits become visible on your dashboard once they are confirmed by the relevant network or provider.
• Deposits are final and irreversible once confirmed; we cannot cancel or reverse them.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you use the correct wallet address, network type and amount. We are not responsible for transactions sent to the wrong address or on an unsupported network.

6. Investment Plans & Trading Cycles

When you allocate deposited funds into a plan, you agree to the specific parameters of that plan, including:

• The minimum and maximum investment amount.
• The indicative weekly target percentage.
• The lock period or cycle duration (typically 7 days).

7. Profits & Withdrawals

If a trading cycle completes with positive performance, target-based profits may be credited to your account balance according to the plan’s structure.

• You may request withdrawals of available (unlocked) balance as per the platform rules.
• Capital committed to an ongoing plan or within a lock period is generally not withdrawable until the cycle ends.
